Return & Refund Policy – Aesthetic Stitch

At Aesthetic Stitch, each product is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Because our items are personalized and made specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

No Refunds on Custom Orders
All custom clothing items, including embroidered t-shirts and personalized designs, are non-refundable and non-returnable. This is because each product is uniquely created based on your specifications.

Exceptions – Our Responsibility
We do offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• You received a defective or damaged product
• The product delivered is incorrect (wrong design, size, or item)
• There is a clear mistake from our side in customization

How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund accordingly.

Important Notes

• Minor variations in color or stitching are not considered defects, as each item is handmade
• We do not accept cancellations once the order is processed
